(6/15/2005) - Please follow the following instructions to register your child to play on an NFC team for the 2005-6 seasonal year:

AFTER YOUR COACH HAS OFFERED YOUR CHILD A ROSTER POSITION ON AN NFC TEAM, PLEASE ACCESS THE REGISTRATION SITE BELOW TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD TO PLAY FOR THE 2005-6 SEASONAL YEAR.

1. Access the registration site: https://onlinereg.leagueone.com/reg/ClubMain.aspx?ClubId=342. 

2. You will need your child's date of birth, social security number and a credit/debit card.

3. Enter all requested data.  Please include parent phone and e-mail addresses.

4. When the data entry is completed, you will be asked for payment by credit card.  If you do not have a credit or debit card, we suggest speaking with your coach or GM.

5. The player medical release form and agreement to play for NFC will be provided to you at team meetings that will be scheduled by your team in early July.
