Omaha, NE- The Under 12 Fire team spent an evening doing something many people only dream of. They were the halftime entertainment at the Omaha Beef season opener againt the Sioux Falls Strom. The Beef, a professional team playing in the United Indoor Football Association, asked NFC Fire to play two exhibition matches at the Civic Auditorium. The first match was played on March 19 and saw Fire take on Arsenal Ice. Arsenal won the match 2-0. The Beef won their game 55-31 over the Storm. The next exhibition game for Fire will be on April 9 when the Beef take on the Fort Wayne Freedom.
