To complete the registration process, please deliver the medical waivers and the Player Acceptance form (handed out at team meetings, NOT the '03-'04 form on the website) to NFC Registrar Lori Burns.  Most of NFC's team GMs will collect these forms for the team, then deliver them to Lori.
